Client: Redding Rancheria's Win-River Casino
Problem: An Indian casino making plenty of money, but unsure of how to grow their business.  Even unsure of who their non-players club gamers were and from where they can attract more.

Process: After in-depth discussions and an analysis of existing research and information, determined that the type of quantitative research that would: provide deeper understanding of their Player’s Club members (so they could get more); identify how much of their locals’ market was untapped; determine how much out-of-market business Win-River can attract.

Solutions: Now, you know casinos are notoriously private—Win-River is no exception—but we can tell you that the research returned a terrific amount of information.  The results helped to focus Win-River on the real opportunities and ignore the ‘theoretical’ opportunities that we proved to be irrelevant.
